Make a person

Make someone worth hiring.

Draw their face, write who they are, choose what they can do. Download them for yourself, or submit them to the bench with your Runco licence. Everyone is reviewed before they join.

Start from someone's setup: Copies their role, powers, integrations, skills and face shape. Their words stay theirs.

Face

Sixteen by sixteen. Character comes from palette, hair and one signature detail, not facial features.

Paint with

Who they are

A specific person, not the median of a job title.

Colleagues ask for help by role, so use the bench's where one fits.

Soul

What makes them worth hiring over a blank prompt. Give them a history, a conviction and a real weakness, and treat the founder as a peer: no flattery, no hedging.

Skills

Standard SKILL.md playbooks they read when the work calls for them. Borrow from the bench or write your own.

Powers

What they ask for when hired. You grant them; anything marked asks you waits for your click every time.

Integrations

Services from Runco's catalogue they'd work with. The founder connects each one; a generalist carries one or two at most.

First asks optional

Up to three things a founder might ask them on day one. Shown as suggestions when they're hired.
